DocLink is the management company for Pinnacle Health Campus. It helps patients book with the practices on site. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You must provide accurate information when creating an account or booking. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.

Appointment availability and fees are set by the practices. Cancellation and refund policies may vary by practice. DocLink does not sell doctor visits or offer coupons for clinical care.

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, or interfere with other users or providers.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DocLink is not liable for medical outcomes, provider actions, or indirect damages arising from use of the platform.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
