DocLink is a technology platform that connects patients with independent healthcare providers. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All clinical decisions are made by licensed providers.

Accounts & Eligibility

You must provide accurate information when creating an account or booking. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.

Bookings & Payments

Appointment availability and fees are set by providers. Cancellation and refund policies may vary by clinic. Promo codes (such as FIRST20) are subject to stated eligibility rules.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, or interfere with other users or providers.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DocLink is not liable for medical outcomes, provider actions, or indirect damages arising from use of the platform.

Changes

We may update these Terms and the Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
